Check from the ground first

Five things you can see without a ladder

If you spot any of these, it's worth having someone on the roof. If you don't, it still might be — hail damage hides. Either way the look is free.

Get it checked
  • 1Dents on the gutters, downspouts, or the AC unit's fins — hail hits soft metal first
  • 2Shingle granules collecting at the bottom of downspouts
  • 3Shingles missing, lifted, or curled along the ridge
  • 4Daylight or water stains in the attic, especially near the chimney
  • 5Neighbors with new roofs and a yard sign — the same storm hit you
How an insurance job actually works

Four steps, and you control every one

  1. 1

    We inspect and photograph

Every slope, plus the soft metals where hail shows first. You get the photo set whether you file or not.

  2. 2

    You file the claim

With our photo report and the storm date attached. Filing is your call — we don't file for you, and we'll tell you when it isn't worth it.

  3. 3

We meet the adjuster on the roof

So the damage gets seen the same way twice. This is the step that decides most claims.

  4. 4

    Work gets scheduled

Approved scope, written contract, your deductible. Supplements go to the carrier with documentation, never to you as a surprise.

We never waive your deductible

It's insurance fraud, and contractors who offer it are telling you what they'll do to you later.

We'll tell you there's no damage

Most roofs we inspect after a storm don't have a claim. Hearing that from us costs you nothing.

Local, and here next year

Storm-chasing crews leave with the season. Our warranty is only worth something if we're still here.

Written scope before you sign

Materials, ventilation, tear-off, cleanup — on paper, before the dumpster shows up.

Book your free inspection

Photos, a written verdict, and no pressure — even if the answer is 'your roof is fine.'

  • A repair-or-replace number in writing if you want one
  • No sales pitch on the tailgate — you decide later, on your own time

Straight answers

Should I file a claim before you look?

No — inspect first. A filed claim with no real damage can count against you, and once it's filed you can't un-file it. We inspect free, show you the photos, and you decide.

How long does a roof replacement take?

Most houses here are a one-day tear-off and re-roof, two if the deck needs work or the weather turns. The dumpster and materials usually land the day before.

Do you do the work yourselves?

Our own crews, not a labor broker. Same foreman from tear-off to cleanup, and he's the one who runs the magnet over your yard at the end.

What does a roof actually cost?

For a typical house here, $7,500–$16,000 depending on size, pitch, layers to tear off, and material. You'll get the number in writing before you decide anything.
